About The Position
Semi-Local CDL A Driver Operating Area: IL, IN, WI, OH, MI Hazmat: Required within 90 days (cost reimbursed) Pay & Compensation Mixed Local & Regional Runs $84,000 to $90,000 Yearly $1615 to $1730 weekly 75% Regional (200+ miles): CALL 269-408-6738 7 TO 7 Daily $0.63 CPM (2,500–2,700 miles/week avg) $0.645 CPM at 1 year | $0.66 CPM at 3 years $20 per stop 25% Local (under 200 miles): $0.725 CPM starting $0.735 CPM at 1 year | $0.745 CPM at 3 years $30 per stop Backhaul Pay: $30 per pickup Breakdown Pay: $25/hr after 2 hours (up to $300/day) Hourly/Safety Pay: $20/hr Weekly Flex Pay: $100/week (attendance & availability required) Training: ~3 days, paid mileage + stop pay Schedule Start Time: 2:00 AM Home Time: Home 4-5 days a week including the 2 days off!! Days Off: 2 consecutive days weekly Some holidays required if scheduled Route variety available over time Time Off 7 PTO days in first year 10 PTO days after 1 year Job Details Deliveries to 40 stores No downtown Chicago Lansing, MI & Pleasant Prairie, WI DC shuttles 85% drop & hook No-touch freight Trucks stay on account during home time Slip seat only during mandatory service Lunch provided during orientation Why This Account?
