The Semiconductor Fabrication Operator Level 1 is an entry-level position responsible for assisting in the semiconductor manufacturing process. This role involves learning to operate basic fabrication equipment, following established procedures, and ensuring product quality under the guidance of more experienced operators. The Level 1 operator will gain foundational knowledge and skills necessary for advancement within the semiconductor manufacturing field. The role will temporarily operate Monday through Thursday from 7:00am to 5:00pm. When production ramps up in the second half of the year, operations will transition back to our compressed 12-hour shift model. At that time, you will be assigned to one of the following shifts: A Shift: Monday-Wednesday and every other Sunday (6:00am-6:00pm) B Shift: Thursday-Saturday and every other Sunday (6:00am-6:00pm) C Shift: Sunday-Tuesday and every other Saturday (6:00pm-6:00am) D Shift: Wednesday-Friday and every other Saturday (6:00pm-6:00am)
