About The Position

SEMCO Energy provides meaningful summer employment to qualified students based on the Company's business needs. Placement is based on the student's college rank, qualifications, career goals, prior relevant work experience, and performance evaluation. The Summer Student Program will run from April 7th through August 31st, 2025.

Requirements

• The student must be driving and possess a valid driver's license for at least a year and be qualified to operate a vehicle under the conditions of the Safe Driving Policy.
• The student must be a child of an active employee, disabled employee, retiree, or referral.
• Only one student per eligible employee or retiree will be hired as a summer employee annually.
• A maximum of 4 years of employment is available for each eligible student.
