The SEM Quantitative Analyst is responsible for building, scaling, and analyzing SEM campaigns across various platforms. This role requires expertise in search marketing, managing the end-to-end execution of campaigns, and leveraging data analysis to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a data-driven environment and be committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Launch, monitor and optimize SEM campaigns across Google & MSN
  • Set up and manage new accounts for Marketing Services
  • Collaborate with Marketing Services team to improve program performance
  • Build and improve SEM performance dashboards
  • Analytical mind with a quantitative degree (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Sciences or related field) or demonstrated analytical and technical ability
  • Strong data analysis skills and understanding of statistics
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a sense of urgency and accountability
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as a team player
  • Familiarity with a programming language such as Python, Ruby, R, etc.
