We are seeking an SEM Manager to support the digital marketing team in planning, implementing, optimizing, and managing search and app-download working media spending. This growth-focused role requires the management, presentation, and analytics skills necessary to achieve SpotHero's goals and to collaborate with core business, analytics, and financial stakeholders.

  • Achieve SpotHero's acquisition and ROI expectations in connection with app-download and search marketing campaigns and associated budgets.
  • Make weekly campaign recommendations and optimizations of Working Media and review them weekly with SpotHero's CMO and FP&A functions.
  • Support the development of new ROI methodologies and incorporate findings into campaign recommendations.
  • Support the development and maintenance of core KPIs.
  • Support stakeholders in Finance, Supply/Sales, Product Development, and various parking segments.
  • Develop presentations for executive leadership about campaign tactics, budgets, ROI, and maintain an annual roadmap of priorities.
  • Manage campaign structure, audit and update of keywords & target audiences.
  • Introduce Campaign alerts/automations to limit the amount of time it takes to detect defects in tracking, data processing, and other operationally critical campaign attributes.
  • Streamline workflows to ensure comprehensive campaign coverage in expansion markets and after adding new supply and/or geographies to the system.
  • Establish ongoing audits of campaign coverage.
  • Partner with SpotHero's Marketing Analytics team on KPIs, measurement and insights, ad-hoc reporting, and time-series and attribution methods to enhance our data-driven marketing culture.
  • Manage direct reports including the development of specific skills, establish a career plan, and regularly discuss their professional development.
  • Lead marketing growth strategies for campaigns under management.
  • Regularly report Search Marketing trends available in Google and other systems including Rank/Position; Competitive Share; Bid and campaign insights, Demographic trends, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years experience in digital marketing, paid search, and/or paid social media.
  • Experience managing a small team of individual contributors.
  • Familiarity with Google AdWords, Microsoft Advertising/Bing Ads, Facebook/Instagram products, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Comfort with a relatively large budget and related financial expectations and plans.
  • Demonstrated understanding of SEM practices and tactics for driving growth.
  • Strong analytical skills: experience with reporting and data analysis, including pivot tables, Excel formulas, and data manipulation.
  • Experience with mobile app marketing.
  • Certifications for: Google Ads, Bing Ads/Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics.
  • Technical skills related to Data/SQL.
