About The Position

Requirements

  • Proven experience working within a sales organization.
  • Experience in change management and/or coaching preferred.
  • Good understanding of industry sales processes and team workflows.
  • Technical proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Experience as a consultant/coach with needs assessment skills.
  • Empathetic and emotionally aware of sales team challenges.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Experienced in communication planning and execution.
  • Ability to build plans and frameworks collaboratively.
  • Experience in establishing data-driven approaches for measuring change initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with diverse sales regions to understand their workflows and challenges.
  • Align new tools and best practices with existing regional processes.
  • Identify and scale best practices emerging from the field across the sales team.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to enhance CRM and selling tools adoption.
  • Lead communication planning and execution for new tools and insights.
  • Coordinate with Distribution Enablement teams to contribute to sales strategies and product launches.
  • Leverage insights from the Sales team to drive tool adoption.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to ensure tools support business goals and promote data-driven strategies.
  • Establish core standards in ways of working with sales leadership.
  • Inform the roadmaps of CRM and selling tools based on sales team experience.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to deliver customized training programs.
  • Monitor and report on adoption rates and impact of tools across regions.
