About The Position

The Selling Supervisor at Ralph Lauren is responsible for achieving individual sales goals while delivering an exceptional shopping experience to customers. This role supports the management team in exceeding customer expectations and financial objectives, ensuring high standards of customer service and store operations.

Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the luxury retail market.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales goals by delivering a memorable shopping experience.
  • Support management in opening and closing store procedures, including register operations.
  • Complete returns and exchanges in the absence of a manager.
  • Maintain daily tasks and uphold customer service and training standards.
  • Identify and communicate training needs to management.
  • Check Task Tracker and Retailweb for updates weekly and communicate tasks to management and associates.
  • Formulate action plans to maximize strategic business opportunities and drive sales.
  • Participate in merchandising activities including stock maintenance and floor changeovers.
  • Maintain knowledge of Polo's product and visual presentation standards.
  • Project a high level of taste and sophistication consistent with Polo's lifestyle philosophy.
