The Hermès Boston Boutique opened in 1988 and focuses on providing extraordinary service to clients as a part of the Northern Region. This position will report to the Operations Manager and will work collaboratively with the sales team and selling support teams to support the client experience in a fast-paced, luxury environment. The Selling and Service Assistant (SSA) provides clerical support for both front and back of house operations in the Hermès boutique. The SSA is responsible for processing and ensuring the accuracy of all transactions (including receptions, CRM, SKUs, monetary payment and client verification) and the administration support of after sales services when needed. Partners with management team on POS decisions. All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
