StubHub is on a mission to redefine the live event experience on a global scale. Whether someone is looking to attend their first event or their hundredth, we’re here to delight them all the way from the moment they start looking for a ticket until they step through the gate. The same goes for our sellers. From fans selling a single ticket to the promoters of a worldwide stadium tour, we want StubHub to be the safest, most convenient way to offer a ticket to the millions of fans who browse our platform around the world. We’re on a mission to keep our marketplace safe, fair, and trustworthy—for everyone. As a Seller Fraud Agent, you’ll play a key role in protecting the integrity of our platform by reviewing seller accounts, identifying fraud risks, and taking decisive action to prevent bad actors from gaining access. This isn’t customer service—it’s operational detective work. You’ll spend your days deep in data, spotting subtle patterns, flagging suspicious behavior, and making smart, high-stakes decisions that protect millions of users. It’s focused, behind-the-scenes work with measurable impact—and it takes sharp instincts, structured thinking, and a relentless attention to detail. If you like solving puzzles, following breadcrumbs, and being the reason something didn’t go wrong, this could be a great fit. This full-time position may require weekend, holiday, daytime, and/or evening hours.
