  • Manage daily operations of the self-storage facility.
  • Rent units and ensure all units are clean prior to rental.
  • Timely collection of rent, deposits, and fees.
  • Sell retail merchandise such as locks and packing materials.
  • Make past due calls to delinquent accounts.
  • Conduct visual audits of the property twice per day.
  • Overlock and unlock storage units as needed.
  • Prepare and process daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Make daily bank deposits.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the rental office and overall site.
  • Participate in training programs or seminars as requested.
  • Follow proper dress attire and grooming standards.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2 years of customer service experience.
  • 2 years of retail store management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
  • Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions.
  • Experience in the self-storage industry.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
