Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a retail, property management, storage or customer service experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent and must be 18 years of age
• High level of integrity, accountability, and initiative
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to float between properties as needed, to support multiple locations
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35lbs

Nice To Haves

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals through unit rentals, moving supplies, and positive reviews.
• Serve and guide new customers through rental processes and agreements.
• Call potential reservations back on the phone to confirm when they'll be moving into a storage unit.
• Monitor and manage past-due tenants and paperwork related to the lien/auction process.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to all customers.
• Daily property walks to check locks, check for cleanliness and upkeep, sweep the property, clean units, ensure supplies are appropriately stocked and perform other light maintenance tasks.
• Clearly and effectively communicate results, updates, and recommendations to the director or a member of senior management.
• Provide coverage to other properties as necessary.
