About the position

The Self-Storage Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the storage facility, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness, and managing facility records. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers, both over the phone and in person.
• Communicate with customers about rates and promotions.
• Answer customer questions regarding rental terms.
• Understand and resolve customer concerns.
• Sell and recommend appropriate unit sizes and services based on customer needs.
• Maintain records of all transactions and activities related to facility operations and insurance coverages.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the facility's curb appeal meets company standards.
• Help maintain facility cleanliness as instructed by the direct supervisor.
• Report property maintenance concerns to the direct supervisor.
