Position Summary : The Storage Consultant will be primarily responsible for identifying prospective customers' needs and recommending appropriate storage options while ensuring a high level of service to current tenants.

Requirements

1-2 years of retail or storage experience required
Highschool graduate or GED required
Customer Service Experience
Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language at a level sufficient to communicate effectively with tenants, guests, and co-workers.
Flexible with your schedule, including weekends - Must be available to work on Mondays
A sense of energy, passion, integrity, honesty, dependability, and personal responsibility
Motivation and dedication to serving customers and a job well done
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license required
Must be within commuting distance to the facility
Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach periodically
Visually look at a computer for extended periods
Able to sit and use the computer for hours at a time
Subject to environmental conditions, work activities can occur inside and outside
Repetitive hand motions, such as typing
Able to safely lift, pull and push up to 25 pounds.
