About the position
The Assistant Manager position at Rancho Sahuarita Self Storage & RV is a part-time role focused on managing the daily operations of self-storage facilities. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle rental agreements, and maintain the property while ensuring a positive experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Effectively answer telephone inquiries
- Rent storage units
- Prepare and understand self-storage rental agreements
- Handle financial transactions and banking activities
- Maintain a clean and operational property, inside and out
- Collect rent and proactively make collection calls as needed
Requirements
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Good computer skills
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Willingness to work at other locations
- Outstanding organizational ability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work during the week and weekends
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and driver's insurance
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a full background check and drug screening
