Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in medical self-pay collections
- Experience working with insurance authorizations and claim processes
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic math proficiency
- Experience with Self-pay processes
- Experience with collection agencies
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Verify insurance eligibility to s ee if insurance can be used before billing patients
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to provide leadership, guidance, and organizational expertise to staff members
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
