Supervises, directs and coordinates the Collection functions, operations, and personnel for Northside Hospital, Northside Hospital Cherokee, Northside Hospital Forsyth and Northside Outpatient Facilities.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent and four (4) years collections experience, two (2) of which must have been in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Call center or dialer experience.
• Ability to work independently, and direct and train personnel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Prior collections experience in healthcare environment
• B.S. degree in Business or,
• Five (5) or more year's collection experience.
• CPAR/CFC Certified.
