Join the growing Patient Financial Services team as a Self-Pay Analyst Compensation: $35.70-$44.75 and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience Location: The VIC (18110 SE 34th Street – Vancouver, WA 98683) Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00a-5:00p In this role you will analyze self-pay account data to identify trends, resolve issues, and improve payment outcomes. This role supports revenue cycle optimization through collaboration, workflow monitoring, and process improvement initiatives. To be successful in this role you will need strong analytical skills, the ability to clearly communicate, and have solid knowledge of medical billing and coding. PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
