Requirements
- 1 year of Customer Service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to stand and work outdoors for long periods of time
- Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
- Reliable access to the internet and transportation
- High School education or equivalent
- Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service and directions for patrons of Children's Health
- Assist with transactions/gate/ticket issues as they arise
- Be present, visible, and available to assist with self parking patrons
- Assist parkers with directions and traffic flow
- Highly appeasing individual with a service mentality
- Courteous and friendly
- Able to communicate effectively
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Some cleaning is required
