JOB SUMMARY: A Selector is responsible for evaluating and selecting various types of milk products based on quality, specifications, and customer requirements.

Requirements

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

Responsibilities

Pull customer orders in sequence and place products on conveyor chain.
Check each item after products are placed on the line.
Apply the appropriate customer information to the product they select.
Document code dates on load sheets as required.
Identify and report all quality issues to their supervisor.
Picks up trash and cooler spills from the work area and hoses down the chains, chain covers, and the floor daily.
Manually palletizing products using a hand truck (dolly).
Other duties as assigned.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Perform basic math skills.
