High school diploma/GED/equivalent degree.
6 months of previous warehouse experience preferred or equivalent work experience.
Forklift and pallet jack license/certification.
Knowledge of safe lifting procedures and food safety guidelines.
Skill in building pallets quickly, accurately, and safely.
Ability to operate forklift and/or pallet jack in tight areas.
Ability to meet minimum productivity levels established by the company.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English related to job and safety regulations.
Ability to perform basic math functions (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
Problem-solving skills and ability to follow instructions in various forms.
