Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Selection Assessment Strategy Leader, located in New Brunswick, NJ. The Selection Assessment Strategy Leader will help shape and strengthen our global strategy for how we assess and select candidates throughout the hiring process. This role will report to the Executive Talent Assessment and Strategy Leader and serve as a key member of the Global Talent Management team. This role will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, business leaders, and technology partners to shape science-based, fair, legally compliant, and globally scalable talent selection assessment practices to elevate our quality of hire and deliver engaging experiences for our candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
