Who you are: As a Select Sales Representative, you’ll screen leads and conduct client and prospect meetings to determine if Frost Insurance is the right fit for their needs. You’ll inspect current insurance policies, analyze risk, and develop and deliver formal, tailored insurance proposals to current and prospective clients based on their needs. You’ll be responsible for selling employee benefits and property and casualty insurance to new and existing prospects with smaller, less complex business needs. Using your skills, outgoing personality, and competitive nature to stay up to date on the latest trends and products to best serve our customers and meet goals.
