We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Institutional Marketing professional to join our team and lead segment marketing strategy. If you are passionate about understanding audience insights/behaviors, using data to develop and refine campaigns, working with leaders to scale sales efforts, and creating marketing programming that drives measurable business impact in the Corporate & Institutional Banking space, we want to hear from you. This position is primarily based in a PNC location, Pittsburgh, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Tysons, VA, OR Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion. Experience in Institutional marketing or understanding of banking for commercial, healthcare, real estate, or public finance sectors is highly desired.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • University / college degree or a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop value proposition for segment and sub-segments, incorporating key messages for relevant products
  • Work with market research to identify audience insights and mindset
  • Understand personas and decision makers and develop journey maps
  • Work with sales leadership to identify marketing opportunities at each stage of the sales funnel
  • Develop acquisition and retention campaigns
  • Develop content strategy and produce thought leadership for target segments and sub-segments
  • Execute quarterly newsletters targeting strategic audiences
  • Develop prospect experience on PNC.com and maintain content updates for line of business
  • Partner with digital, social and paid media teams to execute paid search, SEO, paid social and paid media
  • Lead agency management and coordination
  • Establishes the budget and has the capability to apply policies and practices for planning and administering a budget
  • Manages activities including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners
