The Segment Manager will oversee the Design & Construction Phase Submittals for contract compliance, ensuring that technical contract requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves developing and implementing project QA/QC standards, managing field operations, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure project success. The Segment Manager will also be responsible for training field inspectors and preparing work plans for distinct elements of work.
