General Dynamics Mission Systems has an immediate opening for a Director to lead the Mission Readiness segment within our Progeny Systems Line of Business. Mission Readiness is a growing portfolio of development, sustainment, and production programs that touches nearly all warfare communities within the US Navy. The Segment Director works in partnership with our Navy customers to ensure that we dynamically deliver capabilities that improve sailor readiness and quality of life. The position provides an opportunity to enhance the performance and profitability of an organization that supports some of our nations fundamental defense services. General Dynamics Mission Systems employees work closely with esteemed customers to develop solutions that allow them to carry out high-stakes national security missions. Some travel is required to regularly meet with the applicable warfare communities and General Dynamics locations.
