About the position

Geotab is seeking a Segment Campaign Manager who will spearhead the development and execution of high-impact, integrated segment marketing campaigns that directly contribute to achieving revenue objectives. The role involves developing and executing end-to-end segment marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, expansion, and retention. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring strategies to market, optimizing lead flow into the pipeline, analyzing campaign performance for ROI, managing various marketing program executions, delivering targeted ABM and Always On initiatives, and becoming a segment expert to inform messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the end-to-end segment campaign marketing strategy, including campaign planning workbooks and strategic annual campaign plans.
  • Partner with segment marketing, product marketing, channel marketing, and business development to ensure alignment of campaign strategies with overall segment business goals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Automation, Revenue Operations, and Sales teams to develop dynamic nurturing campaigns and manage the lead pipeline.
  • Forecast, monitor, and analyze campaign metrics against KPAs to inform future campaign plans and optimize budget allocation.
  • Lead and guide agencies, vendors, and internal departments in the execution of advertising, full-funnel content, social media, success stories, sponsorships, events, webinars, podcasts, and channel/partner programs.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, digital, and sales teams to deliver Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Always On programs.
  • Establish subject matter expertise in the assigned segment and create differentiated campaigns and messaging.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing campaign strategy development and execution.
  • Previous experience in the Commercial Transportation Field Services segment is highly preferred.
  • Previous industry experience in telematics, connected transportation solutions, or B2B IT marketing is a strong asset.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to stay current with emerging technologies and technical aptitude.
  • Proficient in account-based marketing (ABM) and persona targeting high value prospects.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Familiarity with workflow tools (e.g., Jira) and AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management.
