  • Analyze training program data to assess impact and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor employee participation and progress in training programs.
  • Prepare training reports, KPIs, and feedback analyses for leadership review.
  • Support the development and enhancement of training materials and e-learning content.
  • Facilitate training sessions and administer post-training surveys to assess learning outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with training schedules and organizational standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Education, HR, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in training development, facilitation, and evaluation.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles, training effectiveness frameworks, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean or Six Sigma preferred).
  • Familiarity with E-learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
