About The Position

The Caregiver provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with an established plan of care so that they can remain in their residence.

Requirements

• 1 year or more of caregiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with bed bathing, changing, personal care.
• Provide transfer from bed to chair (must be experienced in transfers).
• Provide assistance with basic activities of daily living.
• Provide companionship.
• Provide companionship and respite services for family.
• Perform homemaking activities which include vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Provide medication assistance services with RN supervision and delegation.
