Requirements

• CNA License or HHA Certificate
• CEU
• CPR Card
• TB Test or Chest X-ray
• Background Level II Screening Fingerprints
• Preferably Fluent in English
• Preferably Polish or Ukrainian

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care to clients
• Assist clients with daily living activities
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
