About The Position
We are seeking a reliable Seed Planting Associate. This role involves planting, organizing, and maintaining seeds within a controlled warehouse environment that supports our forestry and plant cultivation efforts. Work Environment & Policies This is a woodland growing business focused on cultivating plant life in a clean and controlled environment. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property to protect plant health, prevent contamination, and reduce fire risk.
Requirements
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting
- Capable of standing, bending, and lifting (up to 25–40 lbs)
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Previous agricultural, nursery, or warehouse experience is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Plant seeds according to company guidelines and production schedules
- Prepare soil, trays, and containers for planting
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Monitor seed growth conditions and report any irregularities
- Assist with inventory and handling of planting materials
- Follow all safety and operational procedures
