About The Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Greet all vehicles entering the driveway and assist residents and visitors with opening/closing vehicle doors. • Tag vehicle keys with date & time, make/model, etc. • Able to effectively park and retrieve cars without causing damage to the vehicle. Ability to drive and operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles. • Assist residents or visitors with packages or luggage. Deliver packages received in the loading dock to corresponding units, areas, departments, or offices. • Patrol all areas of the property, including the perimeter and interior of the building. • Verify all visitors and direct them as appropriate. • Ensure all building doors and windows are closed and secure at the appropriate designated times. • Document and report all vehicle incidents such as damage, accidents, theft, missing articles, etc. • Responsible for reporting security or safety concerns, hazards, and potential security issues to their supervisor or the manager onsite. • Monitor camera feeds and conduct daily physical hazard inspections. • Maintain confidentiality of resident information. • Assist during emergencies. • Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures. • Document and report all vehicle incidents such as damage, accidents, theft, missing articles, etc. • Ability to work early hours, nights, weekends, holidays, or as needed with limited advanced notice. • Travel to other communities if needed. • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to maintain consistent and regular attendance.
  • Must function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with the residents, other team members, and support agencies.
  • Must be able to work safely in different weather conditions, including but not limited to extreme heat and cold.
  • Must hold a valid and applicable state driver’s license with no moving violations in the past five (5) years. Must submit a current copy (not older than three months) of the Department of Motor Vehicles Driving Record Report. From time to time, a new records request may be made.
