We're looking for an enthusiastic and innovative team members to join the Cybersecurity Policy team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Security Trust Analyst to join our CISO GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) team. In this role, you'll be a key link between our cybersecurity team and our sales organization, helping respond to client security questionnaires, due diligence requests, and other trust-related documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate in cybersecurity or someone early in their career looking to grow in the GRC and Trust space within the tech industry.

  • Assist in completing security questionnaires and due diligence documents from current and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (CyberSecurity, Legal, Sales, etc.) to gather accurate responses.
  • Maintain and organize a repository of common answers and documentation.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality responses to all incoming requests.
  • Track request status and help prioritize based on urgency and deal impact.
  • Identify patterns in recurring questions and help optimize response workflows.
  • Contribute to improving documentation and processes for trust and transparency initiatives.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Hands-on relevant experience in cybersecurity, GRC, trust, or customer-facing security roles.
  • Familiarity with core cybersecurity and cloud concepts (e.g., data encryption, access controls, security frameworks like NIST, ISO).
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially when working with documentation and technical responses.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, collaborative attitude.
  • Comfortable working on repetitive tasks and managing multiple concurrent requests.
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills. Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
