The Security & Travel Support Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Huntsville operations, corporate Security team and maintaining compliance with federal regulations, Department of Defense guidelines, corporate and client requirements. Activities and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsible for day-to-day physical security operations for the local site; handle site badge management, visitor control and meeting support. Support onboarding and offboarding activities; I-9 document review, Security Clearance Eligibility and Citizenship Verifications. Support corporate security education and awareness training program. Track completion of contract specific security training for employees and subcontractors. Processes and track incoming and outgoing visit requests. Complete government physical/logical access forms. Responsible for coordination of world-wide travel planning for multiple contracts, ensuring all travel activities are executed efficiently and in full compliance with defense industry regulations. Serve as primary account manager for corporate travel management system. Responsible for user set-up, coordinating policy changes, and management of travel credits. Assist travelers with preparation of travel authorization requests following contract specific guidelines for travel, and coordinates approval process with Contracts and Program Management team. Assist travelers with booking travel and making changes to itinerary as needed. Support travelers with Expense Authorization and Expense Reimbursement entry in corporate Time & Expense system. Audit ERs for compliance with company travel policies. Support International Travel compliance; country specific entry requirements and restrictions, foreign travel reporting, pre-travel brief, debrief, ITAR/Export forms. Maintain awareness of JTR/FTR regulatory changes, and inform Contracts, Program Management team and employees of key changes ensuring compliance. Maintains contract specific process flow chart and current points of contact for all business travel. Reviews travel estimates in support of Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) funding requirements as requested. Maintain security, training and travel spreadsheet and files. Routinely access and serve as alternate account manager for various DoD systems. Will perform other duties as assigned.
