About The Position

Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Security Transformation Associate Director in Columbus, OH. The job duties include leading a team of cybersecurity analysts, security engineers, delivery leads, and onboarding specialists to deliver Managed Security Services to a portfolio of clients. The role involves acting as a security advisor for client executives, developing insights into their Security Operations program, and providing data-driven strategic guidance on their security program. The position also requires driving pre-sales efforts, identifying and remediating inefficiencies in service delivery, building relationships with client executives, and developing key success metrics related to service delivery. Additionally, the role involves working with Operations, Product Management, and R&D on evaluating existing business portfolios and new business opportunities for growth and investment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7 years of experience in the IT consulting industry, with 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience.
  • 7 years of experience in developing web applications using Java, JEE, JUnit framework, TestNG, Cucumber, and Selenium test automation platforms.
  • Experience performing automation using Jenkins and version control tools including SVN, CVS, JIRA, and GitHub.
  • Experience implementing enterprise Identity and Access Management and related security solutions.
  • Experience deploying security controls for multi-tiered applications and network infrastructure.
  • Experience working in an Agile delivery model leveraging continuous integration and deployment.
  • Experience configuring, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications.
  • Experience providing Identity Access Management integration designs for new applications.
  • Ability to engage with key stakeholders at business and technology levels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of cybersecurity analysts, security engineers, delivery leads, and onboarding specialists.
  • Act as a security advisor for client executives, providing insights into their Security Operations program.
  • Drive pre-sales efforts including sales enablement and secure renewals.
  • Identify and remediate areas of inefficiency in service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives and account teams.
  • Initiate and lead strategic innovation programs to improve service quality.
  • Develop, analyze, and communicate key success metrics related to service delivery.
  • Work with Operations, Product Management, and R&D on evaluating business portfolios and new opportunities.
