Are you a licensed Security Professional in Florida with a passion for education? If you hold a valid Florida DI license and have a strong background in the security industry, we want you on our team. As a Security Training Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, assisting in curriculum development, and providing insightful feedback to participants.

Requirements

• Valid Florida DI License: Must possess a current and valid Florida Class DI (Security Instructor) license.
• Industry Experience: Proven experience in the security field with a comprehensive understanding of security protocols, regulations, and best practices.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the capability to effectively present information to a diverse audience.
• Professionalism: Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to upholding industry standards.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a security trainer or instructor.
• Knowledge of current security trends and developments.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Sessions: Lead engaging and informative training sessions for unarmed security personnel, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Curriculum Development: Collaborate in the creation, review, and enhancement of training materials and curriculum to address current and emerging industry needs.
• Provide Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to participants, supporting their development and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
• Support Training Objectives: Contribute to achieving departmental and organizational training goals by maintaining high instructional standards.
