The Security TPM team designs and leads multiple critical security programs at Snap.

  • Make security and privacy the default: build processes that simplify compliance and embed essential safeguards into every product decision, release cycle, and workflow.
  • Partner with teams across the company to drive adoption of security best-practices, tools, services, or architectures, in a measurable and reportable fashion
  • Build clearly defined company wide security and privacy centric programs with high degrees of adoption
  • Develop and generate metrics to drive actionable insights into those programs
  • Deliver on opportunities to optimize/automate manual or inefficient processes
  • Take on major projects with no direction or oversight, removing ambiguity and ensuring the program or project is successful
  • Collaborate with multiple internal security teams and product groups
  • Depth of security experience and familiarity with a broad range of information security concepts and principles.
  • Proven experience of running critical programs within a security field
  • Experience working with engineers, driving large security projects that have had a proven impact
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with mastery in the ability to tailor the message to the audience
  • Experience influencing teams and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive security programs
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in security advisory space, technical program management or security solution delivery
  • Experience with with NIST CSF 2.0, NIS2, or ISO 27001
  • Experience with CISSP, CISM, CCSP or similar certifications a plus
