Greet and provide guest with courteous service. Assist guest as needed with questions, comments, and concerns. Inform guest of, and enforce safety requirements and park policies. Assist with reuniting “lost persons”. Foot patrol of entire park. Stand at static post as directed by Security Manager or Supervisor. Provide security at alcohol locations and checkpoints. ( MUST BE OVER 21) Provide security for concerts and other special events. Assist with guest parking and traffic flow. Respond to calls to all areas of the park. Understand and perform appropriately under the Emergency Response Plan, including disaster and Multiple Casualty Incident (MCI) operations and management. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old and at least 21 years old for alcohol locations. Must be able learn radio 10 codes and use appropriately. Attention to recall details of various situations and write them into reports. Must possess oral and written English skills, and must be able to communicate with guests and fellow Team Members effectively. Must have good attendance and punctuality. Energy and enthusiasm for long shifts. Must be able to follow direction given by supervisor and management. Good written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work with other departments. All positions require standing and/or walking for extended periods of time. Ability to work in extreme weather conditions; including hot temperatures, exposure to full sunlight, and heavy rain; while taking precautions. including hydration and sun-protection. Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. All job offers contingent on passing a criminal background check.
