About The Position

We're looking for a motivated and skilled Security Systems Specialist to join our team and help protect our people, property, and technology. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and optimizing access control, surveillance, and alarm systems that keep our facilities secure and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying improvements and resolving issues. This position reports to the Director of EHS at the Charlestown, NH location.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and alarm systems.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
Partner with IT, Facilities, and Safety teams to design, implement, and support integrated security solutions across all sites.
Manage system updates, backups, and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Conduct routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of security and safety equipment and infrastructure.
Support new security technology rollouts, upgrades, and project implementations.
Respond to service requests and emergencies in a timely, professional manner.
Train and assist end users or team members on proper use and operation of security systems.
Maintain accurate records of system configurations, access logs, and equipment inventories.
Stay current with emerging security technologies and recommend improvements to enhance safety and efficiency.
