Requirements

• Three years or more of experience installing or repairing electrical or security systems.
• Experience providing oversight for construction or maintenance projects.
• Valid driver's license required.

Nice To Haves

• Associates degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience installing or repairing security cameras, badge readers, and alarm systems.
• Ability to interpret schematics and blueprint designs.
• Experience with cost estimates, cost analysis, and project monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Assess security needs and design tailored security systems to mitigate threats.
• Install, maintain, and repair security equipment including card access systems, CCTV cameras, and intrusion alarms.
• Collaborate with tenants to ensure the safety of employees and facilities.
• Oversee construction or maintenance projects related to security systems.
• Respond to emergency calls outside of regular work hours.
