About The Position

We are looking to hire 2 Service Technicians to join our Security Systems team. We are a Security Systems integration company supporting mid- large scale enterprise companies throughout different regions. System technologies include Access Control systems, CCTV systems, Intrusion Detection, and Fire Panel systems. We are looking to hire 2 Service Technicians to service Access Control/CCTV systems commercially.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in teamed environments and as an individual
• Must hold professional communication skills
• Must hold at least 2 years experience installing and/or servicing Access Control Systems

Responsibilities

• Clear service tickets by troubleshooting and repairing access control panels and its sub-unit components
• Assist the installation team with installations, configurations, diagnostics and repair
• Perform pre/post survey documentation
• Maintain professional communication between leadership and end clients
