Essential Job Functions include ensuring adherence to company, client, and project policies/procedures, generating estimates, preparing and reviewing project proposals, overseeing project execution, managing project personnel, generating billings, and leading the collections process. The role also involves frequent project visits, ensuring timely procurement of materials, building long-term relationships with clients and employees, providing feedback to management, managing project reviews, mentoring junior personnel, and ensuring job site safety.
