About The Position

Responsible for processing incoming and outbound visitors and employees at the facility. Reporting through the Security organization, this role ensures continuity across all L3Harris lobbies, including staff training and process supervision. As a primarily forward-facing, customer-interactive role, the position requires accountability for L3Harris assets and systems continuity across multiple locations. The ideal candidate can work autonomously with minimal supervisory direction.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years prior experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 2 years prior experience

Responsibilities

  • Examine credentials, monitor access control systems, maintain Department of defense (DoD) records, and perform other related duties Examine government issued credentials of people desiring entrance.
  • Conduct weekly in-person new hire briefing
  • Assist and perform as a back-up onboarding specialist
  • Maintaining system continuity in training and operations practices between TCOM lobbies and associated personnel
  • Verification of inbound and outbound L3Harris Cryptographic and Government controlled assets.
  • Answers phones and intercoms
  • Monitors cameras
  • Ensure organizational policy and procedures are followed, including security, visitor, and export compliance policies and practices are adhered to
  • Receive feedback from customers and public, resolving minor issues.
  • Conducts DOD required bag checks of 100% or visitors and randomly selected employees
  • Provides support and direction in emergency response situations such as medical, fire, active threat, etc.
