About The Position
The Security Supervisor at The Strat in Las Vegas, NV is responsible for implementing approved security procedures, training, scheduling, supervising, and evaluating subordinate Security Officers. This role involves supervising and coordinating the activities of Security Officers to ensure the safety and security of the casino environment. The Security Supervisor will review all documentation generated during shifts, including Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports, to maintain a comprehensive understanding of security operations. Additionally, the supervisor will perform all necessary duties required of Security Officers, ensuring the overall protection of company assets and the safe transfer of moneys and tokens on the casino floor. The position requires interaction with guests and employees in a professional manner, as well as collaboration with local law enforcement and emergency medical services when necessary. The Security Supervisor will approve completed Incident Reports and ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws, internal controls, policies, procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations. This role may also involve performing other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the security team and the safety of the casino environment.
