Ensures the highest possible level of service is being offered to residents, guests, staff, and service providers. Must be able to understand and react to emergency situations and operate electronic security control systems. Develops and implements the safety, security and emergency plans and programs for the condominium association. Monitors the association grounds and immediate exterior surroundings. Supervises and trains Security staff and keeps the condominium association well informed. Attends to investigations and coordinates activities with outside agencies to ensure a safe/secure experience for the residents and staff. Protects the condominium association assets and minimizes liabilities and losses.
