In this key role, you will be an integral part of the security team, ensuring Gateway’s staff, property, company assets and valued guests are secure and protected at all times. You will also deliver a high level of customer service, support to staff, and provide accurate reports. The Security Supervisor maintains a presence, patrols gaming and guest activity; conducts door duty and crowd control, and escorts guests and employees as required. You will perform a number of varying duties throughout your shift, including controlling access to the facility and sensitive areas, escorting visitors, assisting departments, lost and found, monitoring alarm panels, controlling and issuing keys, writing reports, maintaining a daily log and conducting investigations. You may also be required to provide first aid and medical attention.
