HIRING IMMEDIATELY Job Skills / Requirements Position Overview: We are seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Security Supervisor to join our team at a high-profile client site in the Morrisville, NC area. Hours may vary from first shift depending on circumstantial need. This role requires a professional individual with prior security and receptionist experience who is able to provide excellent customer service and communication skills, maintain security protocols, and serve as the first point of contact for guests, visitors, and staff. Applicants will be interviewed twice. Once by Sunstates management as well as the client, who will be making the final selection. Requirements

  • Prior security and receptionist experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Must be able to conduct walking patrols
  • Professional appearance & demeanor are critical to ensure proper representation of Corporate Security
  • Must be dependable, punctual, flexible, and always willing to take on extra shifts
  • Self-motivated, forward-thinking, and detail-oriented are important qualities due to the high level of activity within the department
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Drug Screen, Criminal Background Check

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates that already have current PPSB license will be considered first!
  • Prior/current security, military, LE, Corrections experience a PLUS!
  • A customer service professional with reception/lobby experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in report writing & CCTV equipment
  • Physical security experience with access control software is preferred but not a requirement.
