Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of professional security experience in a retail, commercial, or public setting.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in incident reporting, de-escalation, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to operate and monitor security systems, CCTV, and access control equipment.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures, evacuation protocols, and safety regulations.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to perform patrols across large areas, including stairs and parking structures.
• Capable of responding rapidly to incidents and emergencies.
• Must have open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet operational needs and respond to emergencies as required.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Clear a criminal background check.
• High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED)
• Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or other customers.
• Pushing/pulling/carrying lifting may include up to 25 lbs (event evacuation), stair climbing.
• Ability to sit, twist, turn, bend as required to perform duties within the facility.
• Must be capable of standing for long periods of time.

Nice To Haves

• Additional coursework or certifications in security management, criminal justice, or emergency response preferred.
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
