About The Position

Join our client's Security Team as an F-80 Security Supervisor. This full-time role seeks enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to make a positive impact daily. The position requires flexibility from Monday to Sunday, with various shifts available including morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight. Key responsibilities include overseeing a team of 9 guards, collaborating closely with clients on-site, responding to incidents, patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and maintaining detailed reports. The role also involves preventing losses by reporting irregularities and educating on policies, and requires the ability to stand for an entire shift and work outdoors in all weather conditions, communicating fluently in English.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of verifiable experience.
• Must possess a F-80 & NYS Security License

Responsibilities

• Supervisor: capable of effectively overseeing a team of 9 guards.
• Client on-site regularly, must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate closely with the client.
• Respond calmly and effectively to incidents and critical situations.
• Patrol property, monitor surveillance equipment, and inspect buildings, equipment, and access points to secure premises and personnel.
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities and educating violators on policies and procedures.
• Maintain detailed reports of observations, incidents, and surveillance activities.
• Stand on your feet for an entire shift and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Communicate verbally and in writing fluently in English with personnel and the public.
