The Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily activities of the assigned area(s) within the Security Department at Ascension Bay Medical. This role involves identifying observations or trends that negatively impact the campus and assisting in the development of action plans. The supervisor will conduct follow-up investigations on incident reports, analyze incidents and conditions, and monitor associate adherence to policies and procedures. Additionally, the supervisor will oversee the training and development of staff, develop and implement shift schedules to ensure proper security coverage, assist with preparing security budgets, maintain expenses within budget guidelines, and coordinate emergency drills.
