Requirements

• 2+ years of hospital or supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of security experience.
• Military or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in healthcare security or relevant law enforcement/military experience.
• Direct supervisory experience in a security role.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by implementing safety and security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Provide overall operational supervision of security personnel at a high-profile healthcare location.
• Assist in the training of security personnel and review post orders.
• Prepare daily payroll sign-in sheets and forward them to the Account Manager.
